Our online system includes your photographic proofs, along with your name, address, telephone number, and email address. To prevent unauthorized access, we have adopted appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your information.

We have provided you with a confidential User ID and Access Code for use when viewing proofs and ordering prints. You may share this User ID and Access Code with family and friends; which will allow them to view your proofs and order prints. However, we strongly encourage you to share this information only with individuals that you know and trust.

Our online system does not accept or store debit/credit card or other payment information. Payments are processed only in person, by telephone, or by postal mail.

We will not share information about you with anyone. However, all photographic images are property of Studio M; and we reserve the right to use these images in our advertising unless you specifically request that your images be kept confidential.
