We believe in keeping it simple, so we've put together a single wedding package that includes everything you'll need to capture this once-in-a-lifetime event, from engagement to nuptials. And at one of the most competitive rates for wedding coverage in the area!

Our all-in-one package includes:

A completely fun engagement session, including indoor and outdoor pictures (weather permitting). You can bring two ensembles for the event. We typically recommend one everyday, casual outfit and one more formal pairing. We pride ourselves on providing a perfect mix of traditional shots great for your newspaper debut as a soon-to-be-married couple, as well as candid, sentimental and otherwise creative shots for yourselves.

Your pictures will be uploaded to www.studiomphotogallery.com (password-protected) so that family and friends can sneak a peek. We'll also provide you with a keepsake proof book, complete with 20-35 pictures. While most of the portraits will be full color, the photographer reserves creative discretion to tinker with some special effects on some images, so you can get a feel for what is possible. You can then eliminate or transfer effects to any image you order.

The whole wedding shebang, including (1) posed and candid shots prior to the ceremony, including but not limited to fun and traditional portraits of the bride, groom, couple, wedding party (various groupings) and family; (2) complete ceremony coverage; and (3) up to one hour of reception coverage. The full day in pictures will be provided to you in a keepsake album complete with up to 400 proofs, 4x6 in size. While portraits are taken in color, proofs may include some spot color, black and white, or other special effects at photographer's discretion. The album will be complete approximately (8) eight weeks following the wedding. Wait times may be longer during peak season, but we'll do our best to keep on schedule.

The couple will receive a free 11x14 portrait. The print will be of your choosing from your engagement session or wedding.

A CD that includes all of the images, exactly as they are printed in your album, in a digital format. The CD will include wedding images only (engagement CD can be purchased for an add'l $250 over the contract price). The images will be saved at 300 dpi and a copyright release will be included for reprinting up to 5x7 in size. Larger prints must still come through the studio, but will be priced at 50% off normal studio pricing for each print you order. The CD includes all of the images included in your album, exactly as they appear in the album, including any special effects.

The great thing about the CD?

It gives you latitude to use the images in other creative ways! For example, the copyright release will allow you to create your own wedding thank you cards following the wedding, or create a storybook album online. Plus, the peace of mind in knowing that you have a back-up copy of all of your wedding images. Purchasing the optional engagement CD would allow you to create wedding invitations using your engagement photos, a personalized guestbook via popular online photo manipulation websites such as Shutterfly, and create fun giveaways, signage and other decor for your special event!

Again, the wedding CD is included in this contract price.The cost to purchase a CD from your engagement session is an additional $250 plus tax. Something worth thinking about, as it could save money in the long run. The wedding package balance is due three days prior to your wedding. If you opt for the engagement CD, $250 plus tax will be due at the time of the engagement session.

A deposit of $300 is due at booking. The remaining $1,200, plus tax on the full package price ($105.00), is due three days prior to the wedding date. That balance is $1,305.00.

A signed contract and deposit are necessary to claim your date. The contract guarantees the details of the package and the package price, as listed above. The contract does not guarantee enlargement pricing.

Once your wedding is booked, we leave it to you to let us know when you're ready for engagement pictures. We recommend that you not schedule your session any closer than six weeks prior to your wedding, in case you'll need enlargements or a custom collage for the special day. However, you can schedule as far in advance of that as you'd like. If you have a special request for an outdoor locale, just speak with the photographer in advance to make arrangements. Proofs from the session will take about 10 business days to complete.

Personalized wedding invitations always get rave reviews from friends and family! We'll create a one-of-a-kind design using images from your engagement session. The most common size is 5x8, starting at $1.45 each with envelopes. Ask to see samples or discuss theme ideas for your invitation.

Many couples will request a collage of their engagement photos to display at the guestbook table on their wedding day. The best part - it'll work great in your home after your wedding day! Collages can include up to 6 pictures from your session. A one-time setup fee of $30 will be assessed for design. The print price for the chosen size will also apply. Additional prints of the same collage are billed at print price only. Ask to see samples.

Professional photo album, in pearl with gold trim, black or burgundy complete with photos of the parents' choosing, all photos retouched. Photo album pages are made of heavy, non-bendable, incredibly durable plastic for everlasting use. Album is a ring binder so when pages are open, the book lays flat.

In a format that will be kept and cherished, photo thank you cards are a very formal way to show your appreciation to guests, thank them for their gifts, and share some of your favorite wedding pictures in a cost effective way.
